Why should I stand instead of sit?

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SittingKillz.com. If you don’t love your product, return it in like-new condition in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. How easy is that?

A few things to note:

  • You have 30 days to return your product for a full refund minus shipping. Some product lines may also have a restocking fee or other restrictions, see below.
  • Please contact us at support@sittingkillz.com for a return authorization number PRIOR to returning any item.  We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs and product must be returned in "like new" condition.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please ship your return with a reputable service that offers insurance and tracking (UPS, Fedex, etc).
  • Refunds will only be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • Multi Unit Orders and Custom items are not returnable.

Product line specific return policies:

Uplift Desk Products:

Items other than bases and desks will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Custom laminate and solid wood desktops are not returnable.

HealthPostures Products:

No additional fees or restrictions.

Focal Upright Products:

No additional fees or restrictions.

Ergosource Products:

Items returned after 14 days subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Uncaged Ergonomics

No additional fees or restrictions.

MooreCo and Balt Products:

No additional fees or restrictions.

Loctek

Loctek items come with a 30-day return policy. During this time any unopened and unused merchandise can be returned at the customer's expense for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

Loctek items come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

How will I know if you got my order?

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

How will I know if my order shipped?

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@SittingKillz.com

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos within 48hours to support@sittingkillz.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

International Shipping

While we welcome the business of customers worldwide, some products are prohibitively expensive to ship abroad.  Shipping rates vary dramatically country to country. If you are overseas and are interested in one of our products please click on Contact Us and submit a request to get an accurate shipping price.  Be sure to include the product(s) you would like to purchase and your shipping address in your message.

SittingKillz was founded by a Physical Therapist who realized he was treating thousands of patients a year who had one thing in common..... they sat all day long.  In addition to fixing the injured, he decided he could make difference by preventing them from becoming broken in the first place.

Sitting Killz is an online retailer providing competitive prices on adjustable-height desks and standing desks.  We aim to provide a memorable experience when you shop on our online store by offering quality products hand-picked by a Physical Therapist along with top rated customer service.

We are based in New York City with offices nationwide. We distribute worldwide via FedEx, UPS, Freight Carriers, and First Class Priority Mail.

Over the last few years we have managed to build up a reputable establishment online. We have a great team and aim to grow our business more and more, offering our customers the best ergonomic adjustable-height desks and stand-up desks available.

Do you offer a price match?

PRICE GUARANTEE

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
